We seriously need to get this guy, I just watched his videos, in one of them he literally runs off and leaves the safety by about fifteen or twenty yards, he can FLY.

I've been saying this for a while now. Ever since I saw him rack up over 300 yards rushing against Foleys defense. The guy was unbelievable, not just with his breakaway speed, but also in that he could juke and dodge and break tackles like crazy. Rivals has Bama listed as his top choice.
several teams have offered, and Bama is in the hunt. His dad and grandma live in ATL, so if UGA offers, it'll be hard to get him.
Yea I read that as well. He says if GA offers he's not sure how it would affect his decision. I really hope we can get him though. It is insane how fast he is.
It will be interesting to see who we sign at RB next year. I've not seen much video on Hunt, but he is impressive and there are a number of people here on Tide Fans that have seen him and are very impressed.

I don't know how serious he is about us, but I'll toss another RBs name out there that I'd certainly like to see us wind up with. Jermie Calhoun out of Texas. We seem to be firmly in the mix (at least according to his Rivals and Scout profiles) and that's a good thing because this young man is a STUD! CNS and staff seem to be targeting several RBs for this upcoming class, and there seems to be plenty of good ones to go around.
Could very well be the case, but according to Scout at least he doesn't even have an offer from Texas, at least not yet. I'd imagine it'd be pretty tough to pull him away from Texas and OU though, but hey maybe Major can work some magic! :biggrin2:

I was at that game. I think he scored like the first 5 times he touched the ball. On those draw plays, he got the ball and was 25 yards upfield before I could find him.
Yeah...if Daphne didn't have him in that game...Foley wins by 30...or more. He definately has crazy speed and amazing elsuiveness. Were you on the Foley side or Daphne?
This kid can flat out play. I don't care if UGA offers, we need to be serious about signing Hunt. We can't keep allowing our best in-state players to get away (especially the ones down along the coast)
I was walking around on both sides. I wasnt going for one team or the other. I went fishing that morning and we were passing by when the game started and we wanted to watch Julio.
I hear ya...Julio also put on quite a show that night. I had actually left when Foley had the ball on Daphne's 10 in the 4th quarter up by 7. I thought it was over...then, in the parking lot...I hear a loud cheer and my little sisters boyfriend called me and told me what had just happened...I couldn't believe it.
