per BOL posters, Saban is in Carrolton to checked out 2012 prospect TE Zach Gordon 6'4 235lbs.

Carrolton is considered by many as a Top 10 powerhouse in Ga.

very pro-Georgia school, but with some pro-Bama faculty. tifwiw.

I live in Carrollton and there are A LOT of Bama fans here and also a lot of Auburn fans. I'd say it's about 33% Bama fans, 25% Auburn fans, 40% UGA fans. Zach Gordon lives in my neighborhood, is very athletic for a TE with soft hands. And yes, Coach Saban caused quite a stir by showing up at Carrollton HS. I didn't realize he went over to Central of Carroll County. Central is an awful team. Didn't realize they had any decent players. Carrollton HS was the state runner up this year in AAA in Georgia.
