As great as he was, Coach Bryant actually lost to three unranked teams in six weeks in 1982.

This was after losing a shocker to unranked Ga Tech in early 1981 and unranked MSU in 1980.

Keep in mind you tended to play more unranked teams back then simply because they only ranked the Top 20.

Wow. I had no idea as to this stat. Especially 12 years since our last unranked lost?!?! This just blows me away! Wow.
