I'm thankful that Cody is not as fast as Suh. Don't get me wrong, the guy is a bad ..., but still more of a run stuffer. We can't run anyways.

Before today I thought we might have some matchup advantages, now I'm not so sure. Our receivers are really good and M. Williams is fast as hell. However if our o-line can't block 4 guys (or even 3 guys) I don't see how we can use them. McElroy is proving that he can carry your offense a bit and that scares me.

Anyways, just wanted to congratulate y'all on a good game. I'd say good luck in the championship game, but I wouldn't mean it and I don't think y'all need it.

my poor wife split time growing up in texas and alabama. Even she was disappointed in the game. That being said, one game does not accurately convey how good a team really is. Look at our AU game. I think Nebraska did most of everything they thought they had to in order to win, couple that with McCoy having a bad game, and it is a recipe for disaster. but just as in our rivalry game, you guys got the job done. congratulations. see u in pasadena

I would say the close call might have been exactly what Texas needed, much in the sense of Bama's close call against Auburn was a wake-up call, but since the NC game wont be played for a while, I dont think it will matter.

Congratulations on pulling out the game last night. I was pulling for Texas and was surprised at what I was seeing. Surely last night was an aberration and not reflective of the real Texas. Sorta' like Bama's games against Tennessee and Auburn.

I don't believe any of the sports pablum that attempts to tout TCU or Cincy for the championship game. It'll be Bama and Texas, as it should be.

Man, that Big 12 CG was close. One second left (barely), sneak the winning FG inside the upright... But a win is a win. Congrats on the Big 12 Championship. McCoy is a great QB great leader.
This will be a fun national championship game.

I was pulling for Texas to win but for McCoy to have a bad game. Give the Heisman to Ingram, and give the country a NC clash between two of the biggest names in college football.

Any Texas fan who thought cakewalk because of Auburn and any Bama fan who thinks cakewalk because of Nebraska is not looking at the big picture.

Both team have had some close calls, and both are 13-0 and found a way to win, somehow. Should be a good 'un.

Texas had a very difficult time with A&M, too...they gave up 39 points, and only won by 10. That's two games...

I'm glad Texas won -- mostly because I didn't want any part of TCU. That being said, Texas will not play as poorly as they did last night nor will Colt McCoy have as poor a game. Given 30 days both Mack Brown and Nick Saban will draw up game plans for the ages. I certainly hope it will be a classic with the Tide coming out on top, of course.

Who will be the home team? I hope it's Bama as I loved them in the crimson yesterday.
