for all those people who said he would never make it in the nfl, he is to short, he will get killed in the nfl, etc. he is now the #1 runningback on his team and the bills have to lean on the little man for the next few games. a couple of weeks ago he saw his first action as a pro and he scored his first touchdown. now shaud gets prepared to start his first professional setting. it puts a smile on my face to know that you cant keep a BAMA man down. you can say what you want about him , you can overlook him, but in the end he is gonna be the last man standing that your depending on. a big ROLL TIDE to you Shaud-your the true meaning of ALABAMA FOOTBALL!

Shaud exemplifies the word "warrior" and he demonstrated that over and over again while at Bama. We don't get to see many Bills games down here in northwest Florida so I read about him and his stats in this morning's sports section. He'll always be one of my favorite Tide players.

Shaud has to be one of the most popular players to ever wear the CRIMSON. He came to us in a round-about way, but once he got here, he truly became BAMA to the bone.

I'm a monster Bills fan and I really hope Shaud can run for 100 against the 49ers on Sunday. But no matter how much I love Shaud, I really like McGahee. Ever since he's been starting, it's been a different team. Maybe it's because Travis Henry is from UcheaT. ;)

Not to try to put a damper on things, but it is not sure that he will be the starter for a few games, or even for one game. McGahee's injury is not as bad as they thought at first. He is currently considered day to day and is uncertain for Sunday. He almost definitely will not be out for an extended period. With the Bills almost having to win their last 2 games to make the playoffs, I would bet he plays if at all possible.

McGahee is their man of the future. I expect the Bills to try and dump Travis Henry in the offseason, start McGahee in '05, and move Shaud to 2nd team. They'll probably bring in someone else to compete for the job too. Shaud will have to work hard for a long time and really pay his dues if he's ever going to crack the starting lineup.
