Something I noticed at Game Day this week:

Security taking up any signs that had any mention of Newton or Masoli's "love of electronics". They also had a blanket policy that took up any sign, negative or positive, that had a reference to Game Day cast members.

I heard they took up a sign that said "Jesus was in Jo Pa's yearbook" because it was religious.

They were taking up anything remotely questionable, controversial, etc. I'm not certain if it was because of 9/11 or if it's now an overall policy. I saw numerous funny signs get taken up moments after the people had arrived to the site. They also took up signs with advertising on them, specifically for radio stations (WJOX).

I got a bunch of pictures from the area before Game Day went on... I'll try to post them tomorrow.

I also say a sign that said God Bless America, God Bless our Troops, and God Bless Bama. I don't see the differnce besides one was making fun of Jo Pa's age, but maybe that had to do with 9/11.
