Just winning used to be enough of a reason.... :)
NO. Winning Championships used to be enough, which is what we will be doing after beating Florida, it will be the first and possibly only speed bump on our way to SEC Champions, since most likely will be playing them twice again this year. Just remember Gator things have changed 5 years of probation and scholarship limitations the like of which many have never seen and yet as soon as the sanctions end BAMA is back in the hunt for championships again we are excited because it has been a few years since we have had a reason to be. So quit trying to put down BAMA and fans for enjoying the fruits of the wins we are getting.

I don't think Gator was putting down anyone. His point is valid because I don't care what Fran, the Aggies, Paul and Neil, or anyone else thinks. I want us to win because it will help us accomplish OUR goals. I want us to win because winning is more fun than losing. When we worry about Auburn, Tennessee, Texas A&M(get over it), we behave like those schools. I guess some of you will never understand that. We are Alabama. We shouldn't waste time worrying about others. So, I guess my list would be like this.
Reason 1- We remain undefeated and in the hunt for championships.
End of list

Was not slighting Bama in any way - sorry if I misworded my post. I can understand your excitement. I am excited about my Gators also after being down for a few years.

At least you gator fans don't have to worry about coaching changes
and the nzaa breathing down your neck. We've had 10 years of pure hell.
We haven't had depth,a constant coach, not many bowl games and
the rest of the morons in the sec flapping their jaws because they
know were down. So therefore I'm happy as a lil lark. Thats why the other sec chumps are spouting trash because thy know we have something to be happy about and our good times are awaiting. It's real easy to talk/poormouth so loosely when you've been spoiled and taken it easy with no worse than 7 or wins each yr. I've been to amost every single home game for the past 6 yrs and it ain't been fun driving over 4hrs after losing alot but you know what I'm a real fan not one of these fairweather ones and I'm gonna support my tide win or lose. We're coming back and my clock says so. When you've went thru what we've been thru with all that a depleted injury ridden probation ridden roster then come back and we'll debate the issue. Not to mention the state of Alabama media would chew all the other 11 sec coaches
up and spit them out if they were here. People don't realize just how
serious we take football here in Al.
