Space - the final frontier (Misc.) II

  • Hi Guest, we are working on updating the site servers and software. We're also 'forcing' everyone to read and agree to our site privacy policy and terms of service. There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. You can just click the checkbox for both and continue using the site as usual! We'll update you more on the site upgrades VERY soon! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS for supporting the site and being an active participant!

"I’m proud of this one. I brought a solar telescope to Florida to capture a Falcon 9 rocket launch transiting the sun. While these have been captured before, never with the details of the sun’s chromosphere, which makes this one the first!"

Unfortunately, as you've heard me bemoan, this same chart could be made over at the NIH and in health care. Ceding the lead to China and outside players. And we were #1 by a margin.

Not to mention renewable energy tech. We want coal so lets try to make it illegal in these here parts.

This is what strikes me about friends and family who are in favor of the Trump Administration, complete and total willing ignorance and willingness to look the other way at these things which will cost us down the road.

Heck, while we are at it, let us add our relationships with Western Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and any other democracies (Here's looking at you Maple Leafs to the north!) and so many trade issues that will arise in the future from the random tariffs and how they were placed and politically manipulated.
