Tennessee Under Investigation... Again

Lyles said Tennessee reimbursing a third party for the cost of an unofficial recruiting visit is clearly against NCAA rules. But the scout said the practice isn’t uncommon in college football. Lyles said coaches often seek someone with the financial means to pay the initial cost of the trip. He declined to cite other schools that engaged in the practice or detail any of his other testimony to NCAA investigators.
I'm not sure what other schools have dealt with Lyles in the past, but this seems to open up some of them for scrutiny. What other programs do we know that were visited unofficially by Seastrunk? Hmm... :cool2:

A certain team down in Lee County paid for Seastrunk and tons of other players to come on unofficials...

It's going to be a shock to their fans when they find out that those players were brought to the barn by Lyles and not on the wings of the Lord's angels as Chette and Chiz told 'em. You'd think that they'd already be questions, including how those angels knew where to find hookers and strip clubs, but that would require critical thinking.

Welcome to the redundancy department of redundancy. Dang...will TN ever outlive the evil that they hired? Kiffin' was way beyond evil, and it is just a matter of time before the next problem arises.

:biga:You people are just energy vampires. Every time something bad happens you think there is a direct line to AwBarn. Sure you have been right every single time, but rest assured we will soon find out that Trooper and Luper are really as pure as the driven snow. The real reason Aubbie is being visited by the NCAA is that they are writing a manual and using Auburn as the example of zero tolerance compliance. Thank you Lee County for being an inspiration to us all.

Now I am going to go to the bathroom and throw up.......

This is still karma from the Fulmer era. They accrued a lot during that time.
Fulmer accrued a lot also. I wonder how much karma debt was relieved when UT told him, "Hey, we've hired a Bama guy for that AD position that you wanted."

He made too quick a cut when he was running to the dinner bowl?

I'm not sure how UT can get in trouble with this if no one involved is still at the university. The coaches are gone. Mike Hamilton is gone. Seems like a show clause would be given to the coaches.

Much ado about nothing. Not saying the viles are innocent, just they've been caught with their pants down too many times and skated to make me believe that they'll ever actually be punished. They seem to have a lifetime get out of jail free card with the NCAA.

TM, I know they haven't suffered any severe NCAA sanctions, but just look at them. The program is in shambles. A heap of smoking ashes, at best.

That's what I think, Karma has treated the UT football program like a piece of chewing tobacco. Chewed them up and spat them out.

And who says Karma doesn't have a cruel sense of humor? I bet that gives Fulmer nightmares, his dream job going to a Bama man.
