I literally made this on the fly last weekend...some friends and I were having BBQ by the pool to have some fun before finals this week.
TERIYAKI BURGERS
Ground chuck beef (amount varies according how many you need)
1 bottle of Yoshida's Teriyaki Sauce
Jar of minced garlic
Sharp cheddar cheese
Pineapple slices (could either be fresh or out of the can; I used out of the can)
-Mix ground beef, teriyaki sauce, and a small spoonful of garlic (about 5-6 times) in large bowl. Make sure you thoroughly mix it up with your hands. Cover with saran wrap, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
-Make sure your grill is hot. Pattie size is up to you. Grill patties 5-7 minutes on each side.
-After you're done with the hamburgers, rub some oil on the grill, and place the sliced pineapples on there. Takes about 3-5 minutes each side.
-If you want to grill your buns, that's fine. If you want to add your cheese while the burgers are on the grill, that's fine as well.
-Dress the burger as you'd like, I just added some mayo to mine. Definitely a sweet tasting burger.
