The hype (revived from Nov. 5)

With both LSU and Bama having bye weeks the last week of October, there was 2 weeks of non-stop hype for the November 5th match-up. I listen to and read every analyst imaginable, listen to and read all the fans smack talk for two weeks....it was crazy! Do you guys/gals think its gonna be as big or bigger this time? I'm thinking bigger because it's for all the marbles.
I can't even begin to imagine having to go through a little over a month of it. I wished tomorrow was Jan. 9th.

I know the first time the hype was off the charts. Expect the same and more for the rematch. To be honest, my biggest thought is how to deal with the barners, other haters where i work. I am out numbered to say the least. RTR

I think all of this backlash and ppl whining about how Ok St or Stan or anybody but us should be in the BCSNCG is not going to do anything but motivate our players to come out and take it to 'em. Gonna have a big chip on their shoulders and I can't wait til Jan 9th....bring on the hype!!!

I don't like a lot of what ESPN does, However they are Master Promoters, (CBS got more spin in Nov from ESPN than they put out) and will play this to the Hilt. Expect Commercials to sell for near Super Bowl Prices, heck tickets on Stub Hub already are starting at $1,300 that is double what my cousin paid for the API game last year.

the rating will be thru the roof so you can expect ESPN to focus more on the Game than the sour grapes from want to be's.

A lot of Money is going to be made off this game.
