An office full of mostly women is an absolute nightmare. I work with an interior designer and even she says that she hates working in an office with mostly women.I supervise a department of 16 people, 14 women and 2 men. It amazes me how the majority of the women love to openly say "I hate drama" and "I don't do drama", yet are constantly right in the middle of some sort of office drama. While the two men and I can literally come in day after day and not have one episode of drama, while working with the same people the women do. If I had a dime every time I heard a woman say "I hate drama", only to hear ten minutes later telling a co-worker about the tiff she's in with "so and so" in Finance, I could retire.
My mom worked for an insurance agency and worked in an office with all women and literally no males. She said it was one of the most stressful environments she's ever worked in. There was constant bickering, back biting, and drama that many times the actual work was secondary. An office full of mostly women is an absolute nightmare. The old adage is true, "women be crazy". I cleaned it up for tidefans. My mom worked for an insurance agency and worked in an office with all women and literally no males.
