The salad dressing conundrum

Ok, so I bring back a salad to the office for lunch. I got two sides of salad dressing because if I get one it is never quite enough. However, as always happens when I get two, I never tap into the second one. This has me peeved. Miffed even. Perhaps vexed.

I'm thinking the answer is to alternate between one and two, saving the extra in the fridge. Nobody is stealing your salad dressing.

This brings up bigger issues. Does this just happen with dressings? What about condiments? Is it PTSD that I don't recall? Surely this is something that only a study funded by tens of millions in government grants can solve.
