Thoughts about today's games

Just wanted to say that we all need to remember these boys and what have they have been through this week before any bashing starts. They have experienced more this week than the average college athlete should have to and some are very lucky to be alive. The team has worked in the community helping their teammates and others and has had very little sleep and or practice for that matter. I for one am proud of their strength and courage and am hoping for the best today! Roll Tide.

Well put, all the sudden this season seems as if it doesn't matter, not that it doesn't but there are more important things. Always have been, always will be!!

Not our day. Went through a bunch of bull #@$@ luck in the first inning. Bennett was safe at first, but called out. Called for double steal, but Smith's grounder went right to the 2B who was going to cover, and got an out. Then Hendricks hit one hard, but third base fell on the ground to catch it and throw him out.

and now we're down 3-0.

Was this a planned doubleheader, or scheduled later this week?

We're up 5-4 in the top of the 9th right now with one on and one out. If we win we tie Arky at 10-10 and have the tiebreaker to win the West or lead so far.

The West looks like this:

Bama 9-10
barn 9-11
Ole Miss 9-11
MSU 7-12
LSU 6-14

We've gotten help with Florida beating Ole Miss and the USCe killing the barn.
