this is an alabama fball board i wish people would quit posting ARK news 24/7 on here. i know they are a sec west rival and all, but come on 90% or more of these ARK threads are not clicked on by the members of the board. its one of those "who cares?" links that people pass over without thinking twice about it. not to come across as a butt**** this morning but come on all these ARK updates are getting old. ARK fans arent fond of nutt, and never will be until he is no longer there. end of story. no need to post a countless number of threads about it. again not trying to stir anything up, but come on guys think about the "who cares?" factor before u post the 1,000,000 topic on the nutt/ARK deal. bama fans dont need to be worrying about every single call nutt makes to a female news reporter and news such is that results in being pointless info.

nothing gives a thread more attention than it deserves than replying and taking it ttt. if it's a dumb thread than be like mike tyson and just let it fade into bolivia. just like something you don't like on tv or the radio....change the channel.

I've got no problem with this post at all. It's a terribly slow time and there is no news coming out of Tuscaloosa, so why not rehash the old news regarding Arkansas. This is a soap opera worthy of a Day-Time Emmy nomination.
The only issue surrounding this article is that it's just stupid. Nutt isn't going to run and hide and leave the program on his own accord. He'd likely love to be fired so the school would pay him off, but if he quits, he likely owes the school money. How stupid would that be? This guys says he should leave and take a payoff, but the school wouldn't owe him a dime if he left on his own accord.
Nevertheless, this is just another idiotic opinion written by an idiotic person. Does Nutt need the "people" behind him? NO! He needs Frank "I suck" Broyles and the President of the University behind him and he's got that. He also happens to have the majority of the Arkansas MONEY behind him, so the masses can kick and scream all they want...Nutt isn't going anywhere unless those backers pay him off and I don't blame him. He may have made every wrong move in the book last summer, but he still won 10 games and the SEC West and firing a coach after that is stupid.

The title of the thread is pretty indicative of the topic, thus giving most of us a chance to quickly decide whether it is something we want to open or not. Unless there is an endless stream of new Bama news constantly refreshing this site, I see no reason we can't have news on other teams, especially those Bama will play this year.

I am with you. And dont think for one second that I dont get a sense of relief knowing that it isnt us. Plus its kinda funny with some of the participants being pretty creative (phone records).

I understand they want Nutt gone, but man there has to be a point where they go, hey lets take a break till after the season we'll have a new AD and we can pick it up there. So instead of focusing this spring and most likely this fall on football he's having to worry about a craptastic court case, death threats, fans filing FOI acts on his phones etc. etc.
I feel bad for the team and their heisman hopeful, there's noway they can be getting 100% attention and direction on the field. Come September this program may just be in complete shambles.
Does this set the new standard for Obsessive meddling fans ? I think so. However this works out it will haunt their University for years and years to come.
