Okie St QB just got a 7th year. Idk if the NCAA has become more lenient or not but it wouldn’t surprise me if he got it.
He might get a waiver. My point was there are a lot of people who (incorrectly) think he doesn’t even need one. As it stands right now, he doesn’t have any eligibility.

I wish him only the best. He gave us a lot over 4 year.

From OSU forum

But after years at Alabama, McLaughlin is heading to Ohio State.

“I am incredibly thankful for Coach Saban and the tremendous blessing of playing for the University of Alabama for the past four years. This experience has been one of a lifetime, and I am grateful for all the coaches and teammates who believed in me,” McLaughlin wrote in a statement upon entering the portal.

“With that being said, yesterday my family and I decided that it is in my best interest to explore my options in the transfer portal.”

Now after a visit to Ohio State, Seth McLaughlin has found a home. He is committed to Ohio State for his final year of college football, providing a big boost to the Buckeyes offensive line.

Concerning Taulia: I thought he broke the all time Maryland passing record (not the B1G one). If I'm mistaken that's a big feat!

Concerning Roydell: Loved his effort and heart, but I think we have studs on the bench that are ready to run past him (no pun intended) next year.
Turns out it was the big10 record.

Doesn't make much sense if the reports are true about him being a locker room cancer. I see Saban staying far away from a guy who supposedly went into Lane Kiffin's office and told him the changes he should make to the offense. I shudder to think what would happen if he showed up to Coach Saban's office to do that.

You can bet that CNS would have a conversation with CLK before offering...

like Jeff Garcia at cener :)
I think a change of scenery might be the “cure” Seth needed. The bad snap issue cascaded on him. Plus I think he had a lot of added responsibilities this year which meant “he couldn’t get out of his own head” at times. If Howard is the QB at tOSU, he will be working with a guy with significant experience at the position. And that could make all the difference in the world.
But I’ve been wrong before. Only time will tell.

Thanks...I wasn't sure, but that's a huge accomplishment for Taulia considering so many famous QBs who came before him in the B1G.

Isn't the history of the B1G, 3+ yards and a cloud of dust on each play? So, how many passing yards did Tom Brady have at Michigan? Wasn't it tOSU former coach, Woody Hayes, that invented 3+ yards and a cloud of dust?

So, I can see how Taulia T. could do this in modern times throwing the ball so much.

How many Illegal Procedures penalties did he receive this year? That's in addition to bad snaps. With that said, I hate to see him transfer. With another year he could have perfected his snaps and eliminated the imperfect snaps and illegal procedure penalties.
