Sounds like sour grapes to me. I can’t think of a single person in our dime package he has a legit gripe over being the second string to 🤷🏻‍♂️

maybe he has some kind of personality clash with one or several of the coaches?

Or maybe it’s what CNS always discusses about everyone of these guys is used to be the “best” player on the field in almost every sport and field they’ve ever played. Now they go to where everyone else on the same field (hell, the same position) can claim the same thing. The great ones embrace that challenge and use it to fuel them to maximize their potential. Others wilt and are never heard from again. Others gripe and moan and you soon realize after their 4th or 5th team in as many years that maybe just maybe THEY are the issue.

Perhaps he will be one of the few that bail and still find success. Sometimes it is as simple as needing a fresh start.

I’m confused too. Does Daddy think he should have started instead of Terrion or Koolaid? He would have started every game next year. Perhaps he was so bitter about lack of playing time that he bailed rather than wait for his turn?
There are posts on Twitter, not from Earl Sr., that suggest Earl at Star and Malachi at the safety spot would have been better combination than Malachi and Jalen Key. I don't know, I'm not at practice or in meetings. Key looked out of position at times, but all DBs do at one point or another.

Looking back I think this was a mistake from the coaching staff. In this new era of college football it’s important to get these young guys on the field or you’re going to lose them. If there’s a big talent disparity obviously you don’t but I can’t imagine there was much of a drop off between JK and ELJ. The Little family certainly didn’t think there was.

Possibly............I wondered why he didnt hit the field more often, but that's above my paygrade

The coaching staff gives reps to those who will help them win games once it comes to game prep. They aren’t going to back off on prepping the starters to give reps to backups such that the backup will get a handful of plays in games.

Need to put all 3 of the incoming FR on a crash course on playing center. Which ever one of them that picks it up the best keep them there.

Idk if this counts as a rumor that's not allowed here or not, so I can delete. But staff on an Ole Miss Board apparently said that he was told to leave. Apparently he is maybe not a great locker room guy?
There is a rumor that he has been screaming at the OL guys during the game, and that Dart called Time Out in one game to ask CLK to pull him out of the game. Sounds like discord to me. If the OL and the QB have a problem with you, he might be a 3* with a self inflating ego. He is obviously a pretty good RB and can hit the hole going full tilt. How true any of this is, I don't know. It's off season so there are a lot of rumors going around. If there is anything to the Ego rumor, Ole Miss may not want to inflate his NIL money.

According to some of my ole miss buddies, he was pretty much told to leave. He had been an issue in the locker room and it came to a head at the Peach Bowl. Said he was yelling at linemen and such and at some point Dart called a timeout to ask Lane to pull Judkins out of the game because he was being too disruptive in the huddle.....who knows.
That was the rumor I heard. If it's true, we don't need him.

Oh, he's a GREAT RB, no question. Absolute stud. But cancerous players are not wanted, imo, regardless as to how good they perform on the field.
