Trump Attacks Iran, IV

Fundamentally, MAGAs have surrendered their allegiance to America first to Trump and literally giving away their wellbeing in the process in their continued vocal support of Trump. This is why we will never conquer poverty because there is a direct correlation between many peoples' lot in life and their own stupidity.

It is a cult. And the biggest members of the cult are the House Republicans.

Talk about some MAGA spin, my goodness.

Yet Iran has never had a nuclear weapon, even under all those previous administrations. MAGA keeps acting like Trump has performed some kind of miracle.

Actually, he has. Iran's economy is now miraculously in a better place; the same regime is still in power now with a younger leader, and they will exert more control over the Strait of Hormuz than they ever did before. This is what Trump sacrificed the lives of 13 Americans for, and accidentally bombed a school full of children.

We end up with a deal worse than the Obama deal, and now Trump says it is common sense that Iran should have a nuclear program. Spin this one, please. I can't wait.
“accidentally” is being very generous

You might want to check your watch and learn the names of the service members killed at the Abbey Gate during the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. You can also list each and every administration that said Iran could never have a nuclear weapon. The only President In our lifetime to do anything to deter them is Trump.

What he should’ve done is trotted out there and said “Don’t” and then had Lloyd “AWOL” Austin and the cackling lunatic VP out to follow it up.

Everyone wants to mention Afghanistan but no one wants to mention that Trump wanted to remove us from Afghanistan himself towards the end of 2020 and was actively negotiating with the new Taliban without the Afghan government involved. So why does anyone have any more faith that a Trump withdrawal from Afghanistan looks any better when the only thing keeping the country from the Taliban was ISAF?

As far as Iran and a nuclear weapon…. When have they ever had a nuclear weapon?

The leaks were right. What a horrible deal Trump just signed. If we had a functioning Congress, Trump starting this unnecessary war and now signing this bad deal should be grounds for immediate removal under the 25th Amendment.

It's okay, though, the Trump family has pocketed billions since the start of this war. The grift keeps on grifting. I love how MAGA and the "not, but" Trump supporters continue to ignore the wealth he has gained will being President. This is not normal, nor is it legal. But who cares, yea Trump!

This has become JCPOA Lite
I wouldn't put it past Trump to copy terms from Obama JCPOA just so he could get Obama name out of the history books.

If he thought he could get away with it, Trump would revive Bin Laden only to kill him so that he could say the Obama expedition was a ruse and that he killed the real Bin Laden. And we would be sad and shocked to see how many people would believe him...

I plead to have voted for Obama twice and have chastised myself for doing so. I supported Biden and voted likewise and have been especially hard on him for the Afghanistan withdrawal and his failure to prosecute Trump agressively. Today watching the Obama ceremony in Chicago I came away recognizing the vast difference between efforts to raise our society versus what we have now attempting to completely tear it down!

The Doha agreement was signed by Trump and he then systematically cut our troops down to only 2500 when Biden assumed the Presidency. Biden's only options were to withdraw by May 1st or to surge troops back into Afghanistan. Nobody really wanted to stay. If Bush hadn't completely mucked up the whole situation with his insistence on attacking Iraq based on false premises, we'd probably have had far fewer issues cleaning out Afghanistan and the Taliban.

There simply wasn't the manpower on the ground to finish the job correctly at that point. We should have evacuated those who needed to leave well before the drawdown. Not that the Trump admin wanted to take care of all the people who helped us in any case.

Blaming Biden for a suicide bombing attack is weak sauce by the Republicans, since none of them like to be reminded that Ronald Reason was responsible for 241 of our marines dying in Lebanon on his watch. And the guard in Lebanon had unloaded M16s, without even having a clip in their weapons. I don't know how you expect them to stop something like that every single time, but if you are going to blame Biden, you gotta blame Ronnie too.
