So much winning from the rapist-in-chief and the Epstein Administration.
Not so fast. The executive branch hasn't that power. In emergency situations, states or courts may delay elections, but there is no constitutional provision for the federal government to suspend federal elections...So fast forward to the mid term elections you resume military action against Iran. Congress passes declaration of war. The precedent for suspending elections has been met...
Thank goodness. Not so fast. The executive branch hasn't that power. In emergency situations, states or courts may delay elections, but there is no constitutional provision for the federal government to suspend federal elections...
I don't even think the federal government has the constitutional power to impose a nationwide method of mailing states' ballots in. Except perhaps under this particular SCOTUS...Thank goodness.
I don't mean to be flippant, but does the Constitution mean anything today? It's subject to interpretation by people who owe their loyalty not to the law but to a tyrant. Not so fast. Viewing the reporting from the NY Times yesterday convinced me that we have Institutionalized terrorism within our military defense conglomerate. Now they are hiring domestic terrorists to work in the war department.
Good, we can stop sending them money now.Netanyahu:
I appreciate every amount of help America has given us over the years.
But we don't need it anymore.
Seems like I've heard this before.........
Sounds just like those half way there State Farm commercials running right now...
Trump is now redefining the term "ceasefire" so that he doesn't look like a failure.
Reporter: "How do you define ceasefire?"
Trump: "Uh, pretty much the way it is, it's a different part of the world. You know, I'd say in that part of the world ceasefire is when you're shooting in a more moderate manner."
I mean, he’s not completely wrong

It is my conjecture but one could say that the threat of the use of nuclear weapons has increased around the world. The Packistan and Saudia Arabia mutual defense pact, Packistan/India, North Korea ! , Russias threat to use tactical nukes against Ukraine. Israel is far more of a threat to use nuclear weapons against Islamic states than vice versa. It is a dangerous world and Natanyahu's Israel may be the most dangerous of all. Not to mention the constant threat of having a mad-man in the White House.
He's really not, and that's why dipping your toe into that part of the world without being ready to go full firebombing of Tokyo, Invasion of Normandy level of war is a bad idea. Conquering one of those countries and actually subduing it would be a lot like it would have been to invade and conquer Japan. The population of Japan was roughly 72 million in 1945. The Navy projected over 10,000,000 Japanese casualties. If you extrapolate from the Okinawa invasion and look at how the civilians reacted and the percentage that died you could have gotten to 30 million. That's almost half the population. The idea that mass casualties and a full total war strategy would be necessary to fully conquer an Islamic country like Iran fits when you take the Japanese cultural fanaticism at the time and bring that over to Islamic ideology that may be based in different "reasoning", but have the same amount of fanatical devotion to the point of death.I mean, he’s not completely wrong![]()
things seem to be going quite well
Israel says Iran launched missiles at it, the first such bombardment during ceasefire
