The judge should issue sanctions against his attorneys for failing to control his client. Repeated violations hitting them with a contempt charge.

I think Trump wants him to throw him in jail so he can use that to scream he’s being persecuted. Every mug shot has seemed to make him more popular. It’s a wild situation. I didn’t think Trump had a chance in a general this time last year, but now if he’s not in jail he’s the favorite. I can’t believe it from just a pure political point of view.

After insisting he would testify in his trial, Trump now claims he can’t because the judge has gagged him. Of course, the judge has limited what he can say out of court about jurors but he can say whatever he wants when he is sworn in to testify.

Someone should remind Trump, in public fashion, that there is another way to use the term gagged.…

”He smells so bad it gagged me.“

Maybe the judge could clarify whether he meant for Trump to control his mouth or stop passing gas.

I tend to think that it's a "sleeping issue." It certainly has been in the mids. Here in HSV, a state house seat went to a Democrat, whom I think lost her bid in the next prior election for the same seat. My wife, who is as angry as most women are about it continually asks, "How do we know they're asking the right people?" Which is a good question. We'll get to find out how many women are walking around simmering and seething inside about this snatching away of "settled" rights...

Like everybody else, I know a lot of women. I can only come up with one who is happy with the abortion situation. The rest are steamed beyond words.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if trump won the popular vote and Biden won the EC!

Since Reagan, the GOP have only won the popular vote twice, 1988 and 2004. I think that trend continues this year unless a lot of non Trump voters stay home. Now, who knows if that means a Biden or a Trump win because the EC gives the minority a majority say.

Death to the EC!!!! I dream of a day when a president is elected by popular vote in this country, where every single person's vote for president is equal, 1:1. As it stands, my vote against a GOP candidate in AL counts for nothing. In some states, because of their lack of population, the EC values their votes at almost 3:1 compared to other more competitive/populace states.

(I know it will never happen because of the constitution.)
