Bryson DeChambeau praises Trump for creating “the greatest economy we’ve ever had”

Says the professional golfer worth at least $44 million. It's not a surprise that rich people love Trump. It's a mystery why anyone else does.
Everybody knows that the best way to get on the good side of the mango moron us to praise him like a 5 year old. He falls for it and eats it up.

He led me into the Hilltop, where half the people inside knew his name, to a corner where we sat drinking diner coffee. “You won’t meet anyone more conservative than me, and I didn’t vote for this,” Zink said.
“This” is the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) deep cuts earlier this year to federal public lands agencies’ funding and to the staff at those agencies who administer that funding and steward public lands and wildlife. Zink voted for Trump but said he doesn’t agree with everything the president does. Zink clarifies he calls himself a “conservative” over calling himself a “Republican.” He doesn’t like Trump’s inflammatory rhetoric. “I prefer common sense in the middle,” he said.

He believes wolves need to be hunted to manage their numbers; abortion should only be legal in cases of rape, incest and to protect the mother’s life; and he’s an ardent Second Amendment supporter. He’s also a passionate advocate for public lands and wildlife. And the cuts have, frankly, ticked him off.

He is vocal not just about protecting public lands but also about protecting the staff at those agencies. “We have to listen to our wildlife biologists. We have to be strong advocates for those people,” Zink said.

Michelle Reiner took the cover photograph for Tony Schwartz’s book The Art of the Deal. But of course Trump can’t be bothered to mention her role in the book that helped catapult him to national fame.

The thing that Zink seems to have forgotten is that Trump was very clear about his intentions towards public lands and wildlife conservation; saying that "he didn't vote for this" is at best disingenuous.

I've been LMAO since January. Apparently "I voted for this" has become the latest cult mantra in the Pro-Trumpkin Village. I've followed politics for 45 years now, I don't ever recall ANY set of voters going pound their chest with "I voted for this." Indeed, what almost always happens is a President gets elected, he starts having to deal with real issues, and his popularity - barring something like concluding a war - pretty much peaks (or is close to it) on the day he takes office.

I'm not saying people didn't have the sentiment previously, but they sure as hell didn't feel the need to send out smoke signals to the other members of the cult.

Then they pivot to "I didn't vote for this."

Most of us feel that way even about candidates we supported at some point. But we aren't trying to backtrack from previous declarations of loyalty from a mob boss, either.
