Trying a Boston Butt for the first time on my new Weber Smoker today

Oh yeah, it just fell apart when I pulled it. It was nice and moist and had a good bark which is my favorite part. I think I'm done with restaurant pulled pork for a while.

I even made some homemade mustard based sauce and had some nice pulled pork sandwiches with some wickles for leftovers. The sauce was pretty good. It just needs a little more tweaking.

suggestion for some leftovers is to make BBQ nachos. I'm sure you have had or seen them in Ttown. I make them all the time here. Phenomenal
