Any interesting stories on this years group? Who are they and where could some surface?

The Walker youngster is a WR who had some solid D1 offers and thought Bama might offer him at one point . Bama didn't but , he was dedicated enough to turn down a free ride to roll with the Tide . :BigA: Also , there are 2 QB's - Darrah out of Ga who played well in the 1st scrimmage(5/6 72 yds 1 TD 1 INT)
and another who was on scholly at Boston College . The guy from BC is a big kid - 6'6" . Dejohn , the LB from Hoover , also came aboard .

I'm glad you gave that report as I was thinking he meant the NEW walk-ons that just began yesterday or Wednesday.

Yeah, that too. These unsung young men are important to the program and every so often one rises to the top. Just having 4.44 speed on the scout team is a tremendous help in game prep. It's a thread about a part of THIS team rarely discussed. I could care less about any other. thanks for the info.

I have a list of 7 other players but , I won't add them until I know they're actually here . 1 looks like a pretty good DE from N.Car and another possibility is a guy from W.Va who can play either DE or TE . Also , 2 QB/WR types , 1 punter & 2 kickers .

There are supposedly a couple more but , Christian Smith is not one of them . He's enrolled in a school up in VA with a 60+% female enrollment .
