Came across this video of Warren Buffett giving a lecture & Q&A at the UGA School of Business. Given his "retirement as of 12/31/2025" I thought this might be an appropriate reflection from his philosophy.
It's a famous lecture that I've seen snippets of but never the whole video. I especially like his definition of the types of people he looks to hire: Those with intelligence, initiative, and integrity ... (and why those are important). Lots of nuggets in here. I've tagged it with the Personal Finance tag for easy future reference (for me).
