We Lost Four First Rounders and won a NC

I know this sounds funny but I just remembered we lost four great players and still won it all. That is absolutely crazy. My God what would have our team been like if Julio, Mark and Marcel came back? We are a machine!! BTW the barn lost two First rounders and fell apart!

Great point. Hopefully we can do the exact same thing next year. I think having Mark back would have just made everything too confusing. But having Julio and Marcel back would have made this team ridiculous, oh wait they already are. Guess I will have to try and make up a new word for what it would have been like.

I think Alabama is still a 10-12 win team in 2012, despite the personnel losses. I think Alabama approaches this coming season with better resolve than we saw in 2010.

If the mindset is right, we can repeat next year. Not saying we will, but we certainly can if the mental aspect is there.

The talent level on the roster is incredible. At times we wonder what happened to a superstar recruit that isnt seeing much time. Often, there is just too much talent ahead of him. Anyone know the total number of players that got in the game on Monday?

You can do that when you have 6 first rounders left over (Trent, Dre, Barron, Upshaw, possibly Hightower, and Jones will be first rounder)

The last mock I saw (which was yesterday) had Trent going #6 to the Rams, Dre going #9 to the Panthers, Upshaw going #10 to the Bills, Hightower to the Steelers at #24, and Barron to the Patriots at #31
