McKay stuff was mostly tongue in cheek (mostly). He was the guy with the original ”execution” quote that Brian Kelly butchered so famously a few years back.

This quote was after Josh Pate said that if you listen to the entire interview, Freeze not only threw the players under the bus but himself and his entire staff. He threw himself and the staff under the bus before he got to the players. So, I've got no problem with it.
