• Alabama opens as a 13.5 point favorite over Vandy
• Oklahoma is favored by 45.5 over Kent State
• Miami opened as a 7.5 point favorite over Florida State. That number has shrunk to 4.5 on some books.
• Texas A&M opens as a 13.5 point favorite over Mississippi State
• Almost half the conference is on bye (Auburn, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas with a freshly fired head coach, and of course Missouri before their game against Alabama).
