What % do you think obesity contributes to the health problems in our country? (ETA - and why is rucking the best answer? :) ) Part II

  • HELLO AGAIN, Guest! We are back, live! We're still doing some troubleshooting and maintenance to fix a few remaining issues but everything looks stable now (except front page which we're working on over next day or two)

Thanks for your patience and support! MUCH appreciated! --Brett (BamaNation)

if you see any problems - please post them in the Troubleshooting board!

I’m an avid fan of the Goruck brand bags - very durable and a lifetime warranty. They cost a bit more than most, but I’ve only had to buy one bag for the more than 15k miles I’ve rucked to date.

5.11 makes good stuff, too, but I’ve no experience with them.
Thanks. I'll take a look at those. I know the past the GoRucks were on the costlier side, but prob worth it.

Has anyone ever had their knee give out for no reason? My knee buckled and I slowly went down to the ground today. I have never have had that happen. I did not just suddenly drop, I just slowly descended down. Then I just stood up and was fine.

What do I do for colder weather? Skier mask? Nothing and deal with it? My asthma might be n issue here.
I bought a windproof balaclava off Amazon a few years ago for super cold days. I've rarely used it but a few times when the wind chill was below zero is really saved the skin on my face from windburn. Cost like $10, works perfectly.
