Question: What does the fan turnout look like for A-day?

It was packed. I believe the listed attendance was only short of capacity due to the expansion. There were seats in the south endzone that would have been available had it not been for the stadium expansion. I don't believe it was quite as big as the turnout from '07, but it was easily capacity + IMHO.

Yep, and I believe that if you count all the people that were standing around next to the fence that would have been enough to fill the south endzone seats that werent available.

There were a few empty seats here and there in the lower bowl before the mass exodus at halftime, but there were lots of people lines up along the fence at the bottom. If we weren't at full capacity, we were pretty close. Hey, what's 1,000 people when you have 91,000?
