My fav is the 1982 SEC Championship game when we beat Kentucky at Rupp Arena, 48 - 46! John Forney (My fav "Voice of the Crimson Tide) calling the game. Remember tuning in on the Radio broadcast.

My Favorite Bama squad also. 81-82

Alabama vs Loyola Marymount around 1990 i believe. i think Loyola was averaging like 120 pts per game that year. Was a great game to watch as we slowed the tempo and should have won it until we got a little sloppy late. Loyola was playing on heavy emotions at that time

My freshman year, spring of 1971, when we were a coming team. Played UT on a Saturday afternoon, and ran them down in the second half. Had the game won until some idiot in the stands sent a second round of incoming -- oranges -- at the Tennessee bench. UT gets a technical free throw to tie the score with only seconds remaining. Glenn Garrett steals the ball after the jump, but misses two free throws standing out on the line by himself. Somehow we win in overtime and the oranges come flying again. I remember Ray Mears and Stu Abernathy kicking at them as they skidded by.

Then, on Monday night, Rupp's last Kentucky team rolled in, and we were down double-digits in a blink. But we never stopped coming -- I don't think there was a single butt in a seat in for the entire second half -- and we won that one, too.

This was the weekend that Alabama basketball under C.M. Newton announced its presence to the world -- with two of the best games I have ever seen. Still gives me chills.

A few games come to mind that I attended: 1992, Arkansas joined the league and came to T-town, a terrific duel between Wimp and Richardson. All-Americans and future NBA stars all over the floor. An incredible game with Bama winning 65-63.

1989, Dean Smith brings North Carolina to Coleman because Smith had a tradition of scheduling a game in/near each of his senior's hometown. Pete Chilcutt was a senior on the UNC team and had played for Tuscaloosa Academy. I believe the game was played on the Thursday before the football team was to play in Auburn for the first time ever. Coleman was packed well beyond capacity and the atmosphere was electric. Bama won 101-93.

Lastly, we hadn't been to a game in some 4 years and Gottfried was promoting his team, blah blah blah. We decide to go to a game, LSU to be precise. John Brady was their coach and he schooled Gottried 93-60. This was, may still be, the biggest loss in Coleman history for the Tide as far as point differential.

Mine is being at the Bama/UF game with my dad during the 86-87 season.
I believe that was when Dewayne Schintzus was playing for UF when it went to triple OT if I remember correctly. James Jackson stole the ball and bounced a 3 almost off the top of the backboard to get it to OT. Derrick Mckey won it on a tip in at the buzzer. Still the best game I ever saw live.

1976 Tennessee game double OT -that team got hosed in the NCAA Tourney when Leon Douglas fouled out. Bobby Knight said we were the best team they played all year
1992 or 93 SEC semifinal game against Arkansas
Florida game when Pettway hit the layup - was at that game

Beating #1 seed Stanford and then Syracuse. 1987 Florida. 1983 UCLA. Elliot Washington's three to beat Arkansas in SEC in 1992

Games I attended...1989 UNC, 1992 Arkansas. The first game I ever attended at Coleman was Michael Ansley's buzzer beater vs Virginia Tech and Bimbo Coles December 1988.

This is mine. I was lucky enough to be there for it.

The regular season game at Coleman against Arkansas in January 1992 was my favorite I saw live. Bama was ranked 9th and Arkansas 13th. Game ended dramatically with Bama up by one after Horry missed a shot and Arkansas got the ball... then Arkansas makes a shot on a drive to the lane but Spreewell got the charge and after being fouled on the inbound pass, he made one of two three throws to put us up by 2 and then he stole the ball at halfcourt to ensure the win. Coleman was packed and very loud. For as much of a scorer as he was in the NBA, I remember Spreewell as our defensive specialist.

My favorite memory was in a loss.

We just beat North Carolina in the first round of the 1976 NCAA Tourney and had the undefeated Bobby Knight led Indiana Hoosiers to play in Louisiana.

We had the lead late but Leon Douglas missed a layup and we ended up losing.

We played Indiana their only competitive game of that season.

I remember that game like it was yesterday. We were up like 6 with about 5:00 to go. Loyola Marymount then lost to a loaded UNLV team in the Elite 8 who were the eventual champs.

One of my favorite memories was Hollywood Robinson hitting a 3 from the corner to beat Arkansas in the 92 SEC semis. Then we beat Tennessee in the finals I believe and they had Allen Houston.
