I've been looking for information as to what Tom Clements would likely do with the offense if he were hired as OC. Do the mods or anyone else have any solid information on what type of schemes, formations, packages, etc. that Clements would employ? I assume he would implement some sort of pro-style offense, and I've heard that his squad at Buffalo was a run-first type of unit. Just curious. RTR.

Hopefully score TDs in the redzone

Good serious question, but couldn't help myself.

Burn the old play books.

He is currently the QBs coach at Green Bay. So, I imagine he'll be the QB coach if he comes.

Clements and ND broke my Crimson heart when he threw the pass in the 73 Sugar Bowl to Robin Weber to win the game. Have not watched that game again since...but if he comes and gives us a winner, I can forgive him.

I was sitting there in the rain with my Dad, as a 14 year old who just couldn't possibly believe that anyone could be beating my beloved Tide. But yeah, I can forgive too. (But man, did I enjoy last night's Sugar Bowl...:))

Darby up the middle!!! followed by Darby up the middle!!....just kidding.:biggrin2: We know the running game will be better!

What's the chances of us seeing the triple option? ;) :biggrin2:

ZERO!

I think he is a West Coast Offense kind of guy. He did a pretty good job with the Bills offense. At one point they scored 30+ points in six straight games. Only eight other NFL teams have EVER done that.
