And Wiggins at A&M has probably stayed in contact the entire timeThis day and age? Probably gone. Agree he’s most likely heard from Kiffin.

Man this is a slippery slope…I am not saying anything about RW here, just the situation, but how are you supposed to trust a kid enough to put him on the field if he’s talking to other schools? I know that it happens all of the time, but a situation like this where the kid is abundantly talented but there’s clearly something going on…can you put him on the field in clutch time? And Wiggins at A&M has probably stayed in contact the entire time
Just from what I can see....
He's had some huge drops. He doesnt catch with his hands. And he doesnt look like he blocks well. He also doesnt look like he runs crisp routes.

Dunno, it's tough, no doubt. I'm with you on not being critical of RW, and I wasn't trying to accuse Coach Wiggins of anything, just that RW had a relationship with him through his Bama days, and A&M would not bat an eye on the money frontMan this is a slippery slope…I am not saying anything about RW here, just the situation, but how are you supposed to trust a kid enough to put him on the field if he’s talking to other schools? It’s a business. He’s going to look out for what’s best for him. With the coaching carousel underway, I’d bet the farm he’s not the only one inquiring about a better deal, both financially and utilization wise.Man this is a slippery slope…I am not saying anything about RW here, just the situation, but how are you supposed to trust a kid enough to put him on the field if he’s talking to other schools? What he needs to do is get with Slim Reaper this summer and ball his butt off with technique drills....Last time we saw him he was dropping another TD pass in the EZ against EIU.
If he can't handle that can he handle the barn or Georgia or a playoff team?
This may be the worst version of a sophomore slump I've ever seen.
And, no it would not surprise me to see him transfer.
If he leaves it will be a wasted talent...this would fall on Grubb's shoulders. He misuses the kid. Add this to the Grubb enigma
There’s two ends on that phone line…you may say we failed him…but it takes both sides…(usually)A talented kid, if a little immature. He has developed some bad habits. The remarks about contact and hands are true but he can still be electric with the ball. I would love to see the coaches develop him better. I'm sure they see the same thing, on film, that we do. If he leaves, they will have failed him IMO.

Those two are playing better than RW right now . Used to be you analyzed your shortcomings and worked to improve your game. Now, for a lot of these kids, it appears to be , “ screw it, I’m outta here. “ I hope RW is not one of those ( but I fear he is. ).I agree RW isn't a great fit for the slot right now, but if you move him outside, you're taking reps from Bernard who is our best receiver, or Horton who has a major height advantage we want to use. There are lot's of things Grubb does that give me pause, but on this one I agree, I wouldn't take a lot of reps from Bernard or Horton just to give to RW.
