More poignant to today's reality is how we respond as a staff and university in the coming weeks. We are always learning here. The way i see it going with our recruiting class this year. Turn over with coaching staff. The number of freshman playing this year. Push some away with the opportunity with early playing time. With the new staff in place, we will be fine. No panic on my part. We shall roll next year with everything in place.. Roll Tide!!!

I really believe that the staff thought they had some of the players and were feeling confident... You'll be surprised the mindset of the kids these days.. It's really amazing....

Doesn't really matter dude. We are simply blessed to have who did sign with us. The Tide is going to Roll either way.

I think there were at least two recruits that had led the staff to believe they were signing today....even contact with them today

Looked that way with the Copeland kid. Everything I read said it was Alabama until he changed his mind at the table. Maybe some of these guys told Saban they were onboard this morning then had a change of heart at the last minute. Pure speculation but like I said it seemed that way with Copeland considering how his family reacted..
