So many of these sports bars don’t have the sound on - looking for a place to watch the game while down here on vacation.
The Hangout wouldn’t be a bad place. So many of these sports bars don’t have the sound on - looking for a place to watch the game while down here on vacation.
Thanks Con - I will check with them to make sure they will be showing it.The Hangout wouldn’t be a bad place.
They have big screen tv’s outside the restaurant. Unless it is set up for a concert. Thanks Con - I will check with them to make sure they will be showing it.
One advantage to an 11AM kickoff o New Year’s Eve.Idk, but I’ll be ringing in the new year at the Flora-Bama after going to the game in NoLa.![]()
After 5:00, you’ll need to have a pre-purchased NYE bash ticket to get in the Flora-Bama. Should be fine for the game earlier in the day though.I’d suggest the FloraBama. It’s a ton of fun, but a bit of a hike, through an area with a lot of pedestrian traffic. And the pedestrians don’t always follow the rules.
So if you plan to imbibe (otherwise, why go to a sports bar?) you’ll probably need to make driving arrangements, though.
I didn’t know about the ticketed NYE event, but it wouldn’t matter … I’m not man enough for NYE at the FloraBama. After 5:00, you’ll need to have a pre-purchased NYE bash ticket to get in the Flora-Bama. Should be fine for the game earlier in the day though.
Geez there’s a lot of purple in NoLa today… I’m starting to see more crimson as the day goes on though.
