The east will continue to be dominated by Florida with the state of things as they are. USCe lost their bowl game and looked horrible doing it, Georgia is in a state of flux trying to hire a DC, we are discussing UT's situation. Meanwhile, Florida is raking in the 5 stars while their coach is on a break. Vanderbilt has the most stable coaching situation in the east. How can CUM have stress when he is getting paid millions, not having to recruit, and the rest of his division is self imploding!!:eek2:

Think about it- can you imagine how much he would love matching up with Urban and showing the AD at UF that he can even coach the infamous ciTrUs bowl team to a win against florida.

I do agree that Kiffin's leaving will, in the long run, be a positive for UT. Gary Patterson would be my first phone call, Kyle Whittingham at Utah, Skip Holtz, Al Golden at Temple and Randy Edsal at UConn.

Never gonna happen. Steve Spurrier is probably looking at his last run at the SEC East in 2010. He's tired of recruiting and wants to play golf with his grandkids.

I am sure you will see them. I don't think Hamilton would be willing to hand out the cash. I think if he came to UT, we would have to pay him $8 million or so....at least $6.5 million.

to be totally honest, do you really think we wouldn't match any number you put up? we posted a 30+ million dollar profit last year... noone would outbid us for saban.
