Who is Justin Jefferson?

I notice from Jess's depth chart that Jefferson is a senior. He's been making a nice contribution this year, but I don't recall hearing his name called before this season. What's his history?

He was a JUCO brought in last year in 2023. While he did play some last year, I didn't recall his name either until this year. He's done really well at LB.
