This is Josh Pate in a nut shell and why I have stopped watching his videos as often as I use too. So tired of the "I have connections and know things but can't talk about it". Honestly, there are posters here that do the same thing and its annoying. If you do know something but can't say then just stay quite. Otherwise, I have a hard time believing people like Josh Pate have the connections they claim. I think it is all a smoke screen to make them feel important and get clicks.

Same goes for all the ESPN and media guys throwing names at the wall. All of them were 100% sure it was Lanning until it wasn't. Dude didn't even get an interview and yet the world was sold that he was already hired. The media is not as well connected as they like to claim.

This. I'm tired of all the BS "I have inside info" people. They tease and act like big shots about it, due to their "inside information."

Seen the latest video from Funnymaine? He's on the phone at the end and acts very happy when being told who the coach will be. I suspect he knows about as much as I do, which is exactly zero.

Byrne has his bluff in on the people in his office. He has been stalwart about leaks and stuff. Very unusual in this day and age. Methodical, precise, kind of spooky really.

I was really in the Lanning camp when this started. He said he was staying at Oregon so I had to reevaluate.

I don't know anymore. If it's Debour, he's a good coach but I worry about his recruiting.

Sark and Kiffin I'm not sure are even in the running. I'd take either.
