We all know the guys that are coming and we would all love to have McKnight, but who is the prospect that we may not have had a shot at before Saban came along and would be considered a surprising pick-up if we got him (other than McKnight)?

Bailey , Marvin Austin and Kendall Smith .

Bailey was considering us before we got Saban so I wouldn't put him in this category, I'd have to go with McKnight or Austin. Landing either one of those guys would turn lots of heads. I think there may be a legitimate shot at McKnight, but probably not with Austin.

McKnight or Austin. Considering the need, Austin would be a bigger pickup. Actually, he would be a HUGE pickup............all 300 pounds of him! :rolleye2: :) He would be our Andre Smith.........for the defense!!

I believe Mcneal would be a bigger pick up than Corley. However, I would say those other 3 would be huge if we could get 2/3.
IMO,the perfect end to this class besides what we have already firmly got are.
1.J Mcknight.
2. A Bailey.
3.K Smith.
4.M Mcneal.
5. B Gibson.
6.K Murphy.
7.S Corley.
8.C Smith.
I believe we have a legit shot at all of these, and a chance even if slim with M Austin,Blackwell, and C Jones. However,if we could land 6/8 of the above it wouls be a top 15 class. To be honest,I really only expect about 4 of them, but hey I can dream.

Allen Bailey is at the top of my list but it's gonna be a hard pull to get him in T-town. I was told he is a relative of Champ Bailey Ex-dog and current Bronco player, Is this true or just more talking heads?

Bailey is huge. McKnight however is flashy. It's like the Saints picking up Bush. Everyone will be watching to see what he does in T-Town. He wouldn't even be considering Bama w/o Saban.
