Why only Spencer???

After further review, NASCAR suspended the wrong driver. If I were in charge, Kurt Busch would be suspended for the rest of the year.

I hate that Spencer want be at Bristol of all places.

Let's look at the facts:
1) they have an ongoing feud
2)nothing I saw Kurt do at Michigan would be considered "inflammatory"
3) supposedly he ran out of gas at Spencer's trailer (that can be argued)
4) Spencer then bumped Busch's car, got out, and sucker punched Busch
5) he didn't let Kurt get out to fight like a man
6) any questions as to who should have gotten the suspension?

I'm by far a Kurt Busch supporter (as a matter of fact I think he's a cocky jerk) but in this case I think NASCAR got it right. Look at what they did to Harvick.
