The Women had a nice win over New Zealand last night 6-0. Only one or two starters playing. Some interesting young talent.

Argentina is playing a friendly/warmup there. They also did at A&M.

I think we get out of the group for sure. I think we have a lot of talent and will score some goals. The defense worries me right now. We need Richards to play.

Not getting out of the group would be a pretty epic failure. You can come in 3rd in the group and make it out. Our peak is probably round of 16. Though its not completely crazy to say we could beat someone like Belgium, I wouldn't expect it in the least bit but it's not impossible.

We will not go farther than that though. A good tournament will be winning the group and making it to the round of 16. Even getting 2nd in the group and making the round of 16 would be decent.

Remarkable performance last night! Just total domination. We were attacking from the opening whistle, scored 4 goals and could have been more. Richard’s playing was a huge lift for our defense. USA!!

First time I have seen the team play like their hair was on fire in years. All 11 playing defense, and all 11 playing offense. That is why we hired Poch in the first place. What a joy to see. If they can keep that level of intensity and keep healthy, it is going to be fun to watch.
