Where did this guy come from? I was looking at the state rankings on rivals and all of a sudden he is number 5. I had never heard of him before now. Do any of you know anything about him?
Amazingly Rivals.com ranks AU commitment Jaylon Denson the 19th best WR in the country.

That would mean its not a deep year for recievers. They rank Denson as the 195th player nationally and the number 19 WR. They rank Danny Woodson the 96th player nationally but the number 22 WR. Explain that one to me.![]()
But what I am asking is how they rank Denson higher on the WR list (Denson #19...Woodson #22), but they then rank Woodson higher overall (Denson #195...Woodson #96).That would mean its not a deep year for recievers.
Auburn is an SEC team with a good recruiting staff and will recruit well. like it or not, they too can get good players.
Does Woodson play multiple positions? But what I am asking is how they rank Denson higher on the WR list (Denson #19...Woodson #22), but they then rank Woodson higher overall (Denson #195...Woodson #96).
maybe they update position rankings and overall rankings at different times. But what I am asking is how they rank Denson higher on the WR list (Denson #19...Woodson #22), but they then rank Woodson higher overall (Denson #195...Woodson #96).
That No. 96 overall ranking for Woodson is out of date -- he was No. 96 on the first Rivals100, but he dropped out on the last update. But what I am asking is how they rank Denson higher on the WR list (Denson #19...Woodson #22), but they then rank Woodson higher overall (Denson #195...Woodson #96).
Besides the fact that apparently they didn't update Woodson profile, I can't explain anything that any of the recruiting sites do, especially their star ratings and rankings. lolThey rank Denson as the 195th player nationally and the number 19 WR. They rank Danny Woodson the 96th player nationally but the number 22 WR. Explain that one to me.![]()
