Well, Florida is a great team, no doubt. Strange, I recall when Urban came to Gainesville, many were saying his spread would never work in the SEC. I'll admit, I was one of them. He has proven us wrong, thus far.
They first said that when Spurrier brought the spread to Florida.

What can you say? Congrats to the Gators but I still hate them. The Fox guys in the booth were terrible and the game wasn't really that good. I guess we can look forward to signing day and hope TT goes pro.

I think at least half of what makes Tebow a great player--the ability to motivate and lead an entire team--will be ineffective in the pros.

Going from a team full of college kids who live, eat, sleep and grow together to a team full of highly-paid, transient, free-agency seeking adults will be too much of a shock for Tebow.

And that is just one reason why college football is infinitely superior to the NFL.

Tim Tebow took over this game the same way he took over the SECCG. I have gained a lot of respect for him. He may not be the best QB prospect in the nation but he is a winner.

Congratulations to him and to the Gators, they deserve the NC. I sure would like to see him go pro. :)

OU held 40 points under their average. Texas has to squeeze out a win over OSU after being held 20 points under their average, and Ole Miss kills Texas Tech. Put an end to the rumors of the greatest offenses in college football - please...
Amen. Offense sells tickets [and thrills the media] but defense wins championships. Florida won this with defense. They stopped OU twice in the red zone in the first half. That was the difference in the game.
