I want to say it was around 1999 or so but MLB ran a promotion called "Turn ahead the clock" where certain teams would wear jersies of what they may look like around 75 years from now. Suffice to say I did not like those jersies, and this UGA uniform fits into the catergory.

When it comes to either adding an alternate or a new uniform schools should remember the acronym KISS. UGA people were trying to create a new and hip look for UGA but it didn't work.

Usually these new uniforms don't look so bad, but I think this is the first one that I absolutely hate.

its like nike has started a tradition of ruining traditions. all of these uniforms are horrible. ours is one of the better ones and its still really bad.

Looks like boise state in red.

Ruined a classic uniform. Luckily ours isn't very different from it's traditional look.

Wish Nike would just leave the traditional unis alone.

I disagree, I thought ours was really good. It's the only one that Nike didn't stray to far from tradition. I also liked some of the added touches like the script "A" on the pants and houndstooth pattern in the numbers. EA added it to this years NCAA 12 and I use it almost every game.
