Question: Ok what are your thoughts on the offensive line?

As of right now, I think the weakest link on the team is the offensive line! There was no protection at times, no blocking for Trent. Trent should have had 100+ yards. But i know our coaches will make their adjustments.

What you can bet on is PSU will be watching the film of the Kents d-line very closely...I have every confidence that CNS and his staff will make the necessary adjustments. I think Hightower had some choice words for the Oline after the Kents td.

I agree. Whether it was the low # of carries by Trent, the high #of pass attempts or the O-line struggles, I think CNS knew he could afford to experiment and get info he couldn't get in practice. I expect to see many different things next week.

BJ played everywhere, didn't he? From what Eli was saying, I kinda thought he was operating the scoreboard, too. BJ is nothing but impressive.

Exactly, I sort of thought today's game was more of scrimmage with live ammo.

My observations.
Lacy and Fowler had much better YPC averages than Trent. Trent got the TD's. I expect Kent State was set up to stop Trent. Everything considered it was an OK game. AJ appears to be the QB. Need to get the KO into the end zone. D looked good.

Trent had trouble on the left side, Lacy seemed to just barrel thru, most times Trent was hit in the backfield, Barret Jones was hobbling around don't think it is serious cause he stayed in but he was definately hurt. Had Great Tickets Most of the action was right in front of us. They will be ok but I can tell you now we will miss coach P. Roll Tide
