My beef isn't with Dan. My beef is with ESPN continuing to pan to him when they see he's clearly not being "family friendly". Next thing you know they'll have one of their gazillion shows using him in the same segment with Brian Kelly and asking if more coaches should be like Tony Dungy..

Yeah, it's both. There's a serious talent issue, but his playing is not very good right now. So predictable. If UA played them next week, we'd win by two touchdowns.

The talent is there. He's just not using it correctly. Ballard is legit. Heavens & Bumphis are too...That Relf though? Nahh...he should've been relegated to mixing the Gatorade a long time ago. Develop Russell or Favre. Whatever they see in Relf is beyond me

I haven't followed football nearly as long as some of you, but it is interesting that at the beginning of the season there is huge hype over a lot of teams and as the weeks go by, they fall right back into their place in the pecking order (exception of course being pay for play schemes).

It's very, very good, no doubt. But that MSU defense is just awful.
