Other "heroes" of game as I think about the game:
JK Scott- how he's not the AA selection I don't know.
Ragland-13 tackles.
Dee White- several huge catches especially on the last drive.
Landon Collins- great in coverage and brought the wood tonight.

One of the greatest, and most unbelievable finishes I've ever witnessed in Bama football history.
The closest thing I can remember is Steve Sloan, leading us on an 80 yard drive, with less than two minutes to go in the game, against Ole Miss, in 1964, with no time outs, to win 10-8.
I was nine, listening to Forney on the radio.
Our defense was amazing with the game on the line, and give Blake credit. It wasn't his best game, but when he absolutely had to make a play, he made it.
Credit to Deandrew White, Christian Jones, and O.J. Howard as well.
That last drive...wow...just wow...what plays they made.
Lastly, credit to Adam Griffith. How he made that tying field goal, with all the pressure, after missing the 27 harder, is a testimonial to his resolve and determination.
I'm sure there are those who will find negatives in this win, but not me.
That was one hell of an effort by one hell of a football team.
Roll Tide Roll!

Ragland has been in beast mode this whole year.

I prayed so hard. My head is pounding. My hands are trembling as I type. My heart is swelling with pride for our guys. How the heck can I sleep now.

Had me thinking about the Baton Rouge game in '98 when we stole victory from the jaws of defeat.

A couple more thoughts:

I think LSU conversions of third down in the second half, really helped keep our offence out of sync until the last two drives. If we had Jennings on one of those third and longs, I think the offence gets on track earlier.

All in all, the breaks seemed to even out. They had two hold on White that would probably have led to TDs if they were called. They had some dropped balls and overthrows as did we.

The only thing that annoys me about Danielson is that when we win, he focuses so much on the negative. I don't know if he always does that. But he kept on talking about Jenning's running for a first down or the contact in the end zone. When the game is over, I think most of the commentary should be about what the victors did right.

I am so proud of Blake Sims. I was critical of his play tonight but he stepped up when the game was on the line and made the throws when we needed them. Roll Tide

That fumble was strictly pain-caused. I can't hold that against him...
Dr. Ricketts talked about this type of injury on JOX this week. He said that he has no idea how any player can NOT fumble in that situation. What Drake did holding on to the ball was nothing short of amazing.

Whoohooo what a great win. My brothers had done left so I stayed in to watch with my parents. They weren't being very positive. I said you have to play 60 minutes. You never know till it's over. (Granted, on the inside I wasn't feeling like we would win) Well lookey what happened.

BDS is going to be rocking next Saturday. Can't come out flat, but our guys will be ready. It's doing down next week. :)

Yeah I went over there and saw..refs..refs..refs..

Those fans are blind.
They're obsessed at the moment with their U/C call at the end of regulation, completely forgetting that we had to overcome Brown's in OT to score. Both calls could easily have been no-calls. The difference is we converted to a TD and they to a FG...

They let us drive 65 yards for a tying field goal with no time outs. They need to shut up and accept it. We kicked their butts.

It's kind of funny to watch us WIN the way Auburn does on the same day Auburn invented a new way of losing.
Of all the astute posts you have made, this one might be the best. You have captured the mood of an incredible day.

(Of course, it was also the refs' fault API lost................they should have been penalized for illegal procedure............according to the rocket scientists down in the pasture.)
