What help do you think Alabama needed? Bama's offense went down the field on its own without the benefit of an INT. LSU though very good was kinda lucky that the final was 10-0. We had the ball at the goal line and didn't score. Washington needed INTs to keep the game respectable.

We get a surprise Ross TD early in the game
Our defense is able to contain Bama's offense in the first half
We get a special teams TD (Pettis, our PR, has most yards and TDs (5) in college footballl since a year or two ago on punt returns)
We take a surprising lead, but Bama starts to wear us down. Hurts gets a huge run for a TD, you get the running game gonig, and take a lead.
We score late for the win in a defensive struggle

Only way we win IMHO is if we win the turnover battle (our top 2 RBs haven't fumbled all year on a lot of carries). I also think we'll need a defensive or special teams score.

I'd bet a fair amount of change on covering with such a large spread. With that said, I wouldn't bet $10 on a straight-up win, i.e., I'm a homer to a point.....

Ok we got a late INT that set up that field goal. You got me there. That didn't determine the game though. We could have easily won that game 20-0 if not worse. How did you guys handle USC again?

Well, we definitely should've won 14-0 at the very least. That phantom false start called on Piersbacher at the 1 yard line...I still haven't seen an angle that shows it was the right call. That lead to the field goal instead of just pounding it in for the score.

That was not a well called game by Lane Kiffin to be quite honest. We found something with direct hand offs to the interior against LSU but didn't really commit to it until around the end of the 3rd quarter. From that point forward, we chewed up the clock and ended the game with 2 long scoring drives and 1 possession to kill the clock.

UW defense better than most with an excellent secondary will slow us some but not enough. Mr. Browning will meet Misters Wiliams, Allen and Anderson more than he'd like and their offense struggles to find consistency. A turnover free game and we put up 41 but I'm saying it'll be a little closer since I think JH will give it up at least once.

Final score will be 31-13 as we continue to "Own the Dome"!

By using legitimate logic, LSU has **MATCHED** Alabama in 1-3 round picks on offense and defense throughout the 10's decade. Their inept coaching (particularly on offense) has caused them to have less success than Alabama during the last 5 years.
