But I'm wary of burying someone based on one man's allegations. We're in a society where one accusation seems to be enough to tarnish a man's name and bury his career... I'm not so quick to pull the trigger personally.

Okay, I'll call it lies then. You have lied when you said that you have evidence. You do not have any. I have provided the only actual data regarding the allegations.

I didn't want him at OSU and made that clear here when he was hired, but that is because of his mouth. I never even brought up the PSU stuff because it is all third hand testimony which has been refuted by everyone else.

Thanks - that was the second hand testimony that I found. I did not even know that you were allowed to offer second hand testimony in court, especially if the first hand witness refuted the testimony, but what do I know.
