Games in blue are at least moderately interesting.

6 of 19 games aren't on Cable TV? Really? Everyone thinks the ACC blows, this would be their chance to shine, for two weeks!!! But their games are on the ACC network? I'm sure that they're contractually obligated, and that the rest of the football watching world wouldn't watch these games if things were normal, but they need to figure out how to get these games out there...I'd like to see what UNC, The 'Ville and Miami look like...Thursday night would be a great starting point...

Then there's Texas and OU...LOL OU going PPV...(Insert words I can't use here here...)

ACC Network is on my mid-level cable package. It's not like the LH or PAC-12 networks so you might have it.

Also, I heard an Oklahoma talking head on radio explaining that they specifically chose pay per view to recoup some of the lost ticket revenue.

Thanks CM....I think the PPV is kind of gouging desperate fans right now...Everyone is experiencing different and in some cases difficult situations financially due to the pandemic. Right now football is the elixir for many, and they're going to charge for that?
Reaching into folks pockets that weren't going anyway and were going to watch for free on regular TV, just to make up for those that can't go now...just doesn't sit well with me. That's kind of Dennis Moore, isn't it?

Oh, I completely agree with you, especially when the revenue generated from the PPV sales will probably help as much as putting a band aid on a gun shot wound. One of my OU buddies is chipping in with some buddies and showing it on a projector in his backyard. I'm sure you're going to get a lot of that.

I will not pay one cent extra (other than my hulu subscription) to watch football. This is a fine line they are walking on many fronts... yes, people miss football, but I think there are many like me who have learned they can carry on just fine without it.

Well UAB will probably not when but I do think they will prevent Miami from covering the spread and they definitely will keep it under 54.5 points on the over under. I think that's pretty good for the fourth (?) best team in Alabama.
