Mac Jones just had the most Prolific QB Season in the History of Alabama Football and One of the most Prolific in the History of CFB period.
I'm not sure that I can do it justice with Statistics alone, but I'm going to try anyway.
Here are his 2020 Stats:
311 for 402 (77.4% - 1st NCAA - All Time Record) for 4,500 Yards (1st NCAA) 11.2 YPA (1st NCAA) for 41 TD's (2nd NCAA) and 4 INt's w/ a 203.06 QBR (1st NCAA - All Time Record)
Never in my life did I think I'd live to see an Alabama QB lead the NCAA in Passing Yards or Yards Per Attempt....
But Mac Jones just accomplished BOTH of those things while also setting the All Time NCAA record for Completion % and QBR.
He also just set or tied several Alabama Passing Records.....

Career Recap in 17 Starts and some change:
413 for 556 (74.3% - 1st at ALA) for 6,126 Yards (5th at ALA) at 11.0 YPA (1st at ALA) for 56 TD’s (3rd at ALA) and 7 INT’s with a QBR of 197.6 (2nd at ALA)
In 17 Career starts he threw for 300+ Yards 10 Times (58.8% of Starts) and threw for 3+ TD's 12 Times (70.6% of Starts)
People have tried to label him as a 'Game Manager' but he's been an absolute Superstar at the position throwing for 300+ yards and 3+ TD's at an insane rate.
The last area I want to point out is his most recent 3 game Post-Season play against Fla, ND, and tOSU which is without question the most explosive and dynamic Championship run by an Alabama QB eclipsing Jake Coker's 2015 play by a wide margin.
2020-21 Post-Season Stats:
94 for 118 (79.7%) for 1,179 Yards (393 YPG) at 10.0 YPA for 14 TD's and 1 INT with a QBR of 201.97
He set a CFBP NCG Game record with 464 Yards Passing and Tied the Record for Passing TD's with 5.
He played some of his best football when it mattered the most and in my mind he was the Offensive MVP of the Post-Season (no disrespect to Smitty).
Mac Jones in a very brief time has made a strong case for being the Best QB to ever play the position at Alabama.
His QBR says that he is and if he played one more year there wouldn't be a single passing record that he wouldn't own.
The Joker has left an incredible legacy behind and I look forward to cheering on his NFL Career.
